What information VunoTV collects through this website, why it is collected, how long it is kept and the choices you have.
Last updated: January 2026
This policy covers the Vuno.TV website. Values shown in square brackets are configuration placeholders that the site operator must complete before publishing.
1. Information we collect
We only collect information that you choose to send us through the forms on this website, plus a small amount of technical data that is created automatically when a form is submitted.

Technical data
When a form is submitted we store a one-way hash of the submitting IP address. The hash is used to enforce rate limits and to investigate abuse; it cannot be reversed back into the original address.
2. How we use your information
Information submitted through this website is used to:
- reply to your enquiry and provide the support you asked for;
- process and confirm a subscription or free trial request;
- send transactional email such as an acknowledgement of your request;
- protect the website from spam and automated abuse;
- meet any legal or regulatory obligation that applies to us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use form submissions for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website is designed to work without advertising or tracking cookies. Where a cookie is strictly necessary for the site to function, it is limited to that purpose.
If the operator later enables an analytics provider, this section must be updated to name the provider, describe what is measured and explain how to opt out. Current analytics configuration: [ANALYTICS PROVIDER - NONE CONFIGURED].
4. Email communication
Notifications and confirmations are delivered by SMTP through the email provider configured by the operator. Your message content and contact details pass through that provider in order to be delivered. We use email only to respond to what you sent us, or to confirm a request you made.
5. Data storage and retention
Form submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database controlled by the site operator, and a copy is delivered to the support mailbox by email. Hosting and database locations are determined by the operator: [HOSTING REGION].
We keep submissions only for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain business records, then delete or anonymise them. If you would like your data removed sooner, contact us using the details in section 10.
6. Security
Technical measures used on this website include:
- validation and sanitisation of every submitted field on the server;
- rate limiting and hidden anti-spam fields on public forms;
- parameterised database queries to prevent injection;
- security response headers, including a content security policy;
- credentials kept in server-side environment variables and never exposed to the browser.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using appropriate safeguards.
7. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this website, such as a hosting provider, a database provider and an email delivery provider. They process data only on our instructions. The operator must list the specific providers here before publishing: [SERVICE PROVIDERS].
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 10. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you.
9. Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes or the law requires. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last reviewed; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
