The rules that apply when you use the VunoTV website and request a subscription, a trial or support.

VunoTV offers television subscription plans that differ by duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and by the number of simultaneous connections (1 to 5). This website presents those plans, publishes their prices, and lets you submit a request.

Submitting a request through this website is an enquiry, not a completed purchase. A plan begins only once our team confirms it with you directly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for making sure that using the service is lawful in your country.

4. Subscription responsibilities

When you hold a subscription with us, you agree to:

  • provide accurate contact details and keep them up to date;
  • keep any credentials we issue confidential and not share them publicly;
  • stay within the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan;
  • use the service for personal, private viewing only.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • redistribute, resell, rebroadcast or publicly perform content received through the service;

6. Prices and payments

Prices are published on the pricing page in US dollars and cover the whole term shown, not a monthly charge. The total for any plan is calculated on our server from that published list, so the amount you are quoted always matches it.

7. Free trials
